Appointments involve hands-on osteopathic treatment combined with assessment, explanation, and tailored advice. Treatment may include joint and soft-tissue techniques, along with guidance around movement, exercise, and load management where appropriate.
About Jay
Jay Hill is an osteopath who has been practising for over a decade, working with people experiencing pain, injury, or movement limitations. His approach is primarily hands-on, supported where appropriate by movement and exercise guidance to help consolidate treatment outcomes and support longer-term joint and muscle health.
Registered osteopath with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Appointments
Initial appointment – 45 minutes
Standard appointment – 30 minutes
Long appointment – 60 minutes (by recommendation)
Appointments are currently available on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

HICAPS is available for eligible private health funds.
Medicare rebates may apply with a valid GP referral under a Chronic Disease Management plan.
